This is what I do – avoid the negative media & turn it off. I don’t want to allow negative vibes into my world. Tim Sanders does a great job explaining this. I couldn’t agree more with him.

1. Amazon mp3 downloads are DRM-free
2. Amazon mp3 downloads have a 256 bit rate
3. Amazon mp3 downloads are many times less expensive then iTunes
   

Now, iTunes has finally removed their DRM for all titles and increased their bit rate to 256.  They also have the $0.69 pricing tier in addition to their other $.99 and $1.29 tiers.
